Eligibility

Marketplace role

roommate.et is a discovery and communication platform. It is not a landlord, broker, payment processor, or party to agreements between users. Users remain responsible for verification, negotiations, and written agreements.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate others, discriminate unlawfully, harass users, publish deceptive listings, scrape the service, bypass access controls, or use the platform for illegal activity.

Moderation

Listings may be reviewed, rejected, unpublished, or removed. Accounts may be suspended when needed to protect users or enforce these terms.

Liability

Use the service at your own risk. Availability, identity, property condition, and user claims should be independently verified before making commitments or payments.
